How do my family and friends visit my Travel Journal?

Family and friends can view the content of your journal marked 'family and friends' if you have given them:

• Your mobile phone number or account number.
• Your visitor password.
• The website: visitmyjournal.com

To view your Travel Journal, your family and friends need to:

1. Go to visitmyjournal.com
2. Enter your mobile phone number or account number.
3. Enter your visitor password.
4. Click View.
   * Your Travel Journal appears.

Note: Do not give your PIN to family and friends.

How do I create a visitor password?

1. Sign-in to your Travel Journal with your mobile phone number or account number and PIN.
2. In the top navigation menu, select My account then click Journal settings from the drop down menu.
   * The 'Journal settings' page will open.
3. In the Journal details section, enter a visitor password.
   * Enter at least six characters.
   * Make sure your visitor password is different to other passwords that you use on the internet.
4. At the bottom of the page, click Save.

Note: You can only set up one visitor password that is used by all your family and friends.

How can I stop someone who has my visitor password from viewing my Travel Journal?

You will need to reset the password. If you have given your old visitor password to other people, you will need to send them your new visitor password.

How do I reset my visitor password?

1. Sign-in to your Travel Journal with your mobile phone number or account number and PIN.
2. In the top navigation menu, select My account then click Journal settings from the drop down menu.
   * The 'Journal settings' page will open.
3. In the Journal details section, enter a new visitor password.
   * Enter at least six characters.
   * Make sure your visitor password is different to other passwords that you use on the internet.
4. At the bottom of the page, click Save.

Note: Your old visitor password will stop working immediately.
