Language Preference
You can select English, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish as your preferred language
for eKit's website and phone service.
This means that every time you log in to the eKit website, the text
will be displayed in your preferred language. You will also hear the voice prompts in your preferred language
when you sign into eKit's phone service.
You can change your language preference using the eKit website.
To change your language:
- Go to the eKit website.
- In the top navigation, click Sign-in
* The 'Sign-in' page will open.
- Sign in using your eKit account number and PIN.
- In the top navigation menu, select My account, then click Account settings.
* The 'Account settings' page will open.
- On the 'Account settings' page, click Change language
* The 'Change language' page will open.
- Select your preferred language that will be applied for both the website and for the phone service menus by
checking the box, then click Continue.
* A message appears telling you that your language preference has been updated.
