Making Collect calls

You can make Internet calls with your eKit account.

Collect call lets you make a reverse charge call. You need to speak to a Collect call operator who will place the call for you. This service requires that the recipient of the call to accept call charges.

At this time, you can only make a Collect call to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Japan.

To make a Collect call to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany or Japan,

1. Dial the toll-free access number for the country you are in.
2. Enter the Collect call number to speak to a Collect call operator

The Collect call service is provided by BBG.
