Resetting SPAM filters

To reset up SPAM filters:

  1. Log in to the eKit website
  2. In the side navigation bar, click Email settings.
    * The 'Options' page appears.
  3. In the top navigation bar, click spam filtering.
    * You will only see 'spam filtering' if you have Premium email.
    * The 'SPAM filtering' page appears.
  4. Select your preferred level of SPAM filtering by checking the button.
  5. Click Ok.
    * The page refreshes with the message "Your settings have been updated".
