Creating a voicemail using a phone

Non-members can send a voicemail to a member by following these instructions:

  1. Dial the toll-free access number for the country you are in.
  2. Press * to send a message
  3. Press 2 to send a voicemail (or 4 to send a fax) to a member
  4. Enter the member's account number you want to send a voicemail to.
    * The system tells you whose account you have reached.
  5. Press 1 if you have reached the correct account or press * to cancel.
  6. At the tone, record your message, then press # for more options.
  7. Once you have recorded your message, hang up (your message will be sent) or select one of the following options:
    * Press 2 to erase and re-record
    * Press 3 to send
    * Press * to erase and cancel

Members can also send a voicemail to a member following the same instructions but if they do, the member that receives their voicemail will not be able to reply to it.

Members can send a voicemail to a member for free by following these instructions:

  1. Dial the toll-free access number for the country you are in.
  2. Enter your number, then press #.
  3. Enter your PIN, then press #.
  4. Press * to go to the main menu.
  5. At the Main menu, press 3 to send a message.
  6. Press 2 to send a voicemail (or 4 to send a fax) to a member
  7. Enter the member's account number you want to send a voicemail to.
    * The system tells you whose account you have reached.
  8. Press 1 if you have reached the correct account or press * to cancel.
  9. At the tone, record your message, hang up (your message will be sent) or press # for more options.
  10. Once you have recorded your message, select one of the following options:
    * Press 1 to review
    * Press 2 to erase and re-record
    * Press 3 to send
    * Press * to erase and cancel
